Our client reached out to the pressure washing experts at B&B Power Clean for a roof cleaning in Lincoln City. We did a proper soft wash with low pressure rinse to remove almost all moss. What traces remain after low pressure rinse will disappear over time with the zinc application we apply after this process. Even though the chlorine soft wash does kill everything on the roof, the zinc clings to the roof with keeping it high on the pH scale, keeping the moss from coming back for much longer.
Also did a downstream softwash on this metal garden shed, removing algae that had grown deep into the painted coating.
